What are the shipping times for your products?
We take a maximum of 1 to 2 days to process your order and then 5 to 7 days to deliver it to you.


Do you ship worldwide?
We only deliver to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.


Do you provide tracking information for the products?
Yes, wait 3 days after placing your order and request it via email at info@holty-shop.com.


Some items from my order are missing. What happened?
Our products are shipped separately based on your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two separate deliveries. The rest of your order will likely arrive shortly.


I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item to the email address: info@holty-shop.com, and we will send you a replacement item as quickly as possible.

I haven’t received my order yet. What’s taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers might have with their online orders. However, if you still wish to receive a refund, we can process it if the request is made within 14 days of the order's delivery date and the product(s) in question are not on sale.
